We were meeting family in town for an FSU baseball game. Super location, Dean was very responsive when we had a problem w the hot water (that turned out to be user error) - No complaints at all, we would definitely stay there again!

The home was very clean and spacious. Close to restaurants. The host gave clear detailed instructions before check-in. The host also checked in with me to be sure everything went well upon check in.

We were only visiting the area for work, but Dean's home gave us a nice place to rest our heads at night. Host was responsive and proactive. Home matched the photos and description.

Very comfortable home and beds! The house was Clean and had everything we needed. Tastfully decorated and nice artwork. There’s a fruit tree just outside the back patio. With the most delicious oranges. I would book here again for a short stay. The only thing I missed having was a washer dryer. Especially since we stayed for 5 days.

One of the easiest Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! Super clear instructions. Everything was clean, comfortable and within perfect proximity to the stadium. We will be back for more games next season!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. Dean has been the most proactive host I’ve had on Airbnb and everything matched exactly to what is shown in the pictures and description. We will definitely be keeping this place and/or other rentals hosted by Dean in mind for our next visit to Tallahassee

What can I saw, dean and his team were exceptional. We evacuated from Tampa for hurricane Milton. It was myself my daughter, MIL AND VERY pregnant stepdaughter. Dean let us in very early so that we could get settled on arrival to Tallahassee. The street is quiet and comfortable. The house is beautiful and beds are so comfortable. My ten year old had so much fun picking fruit from the tree in the backyard. There was target and lots of food within a mile. Dean was incredible to work with and as helpful as can be. I absolutely suggest this house and deans team. Enjoy your stay.

This house was just right for me and my family! We stayed here due to not having power because of the hurricane. This house was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Dean was also a great host he made check in and check out easy for us. We will definitely stay here again if we need to.

We came in town for the Memphis / FSU game and the airbnb was close to our destination and was the best experience! I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this one was by far the best

The house was very comfortable in terms of accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was everything you could need to prepare your meals. The other facilities in the house were also quite sufficient. Only the wifi connection was slow.
