Very comfortable home and beds! The house was Clean and had everything we needed. Tastfully decorated and nice artwork. There’s a fruit tree just outside the back patio. With the most delicious oranges. I would book here again for a short stay. The only thing I missed having was a washer dryer. Especially since we stayed for 5 days.

What can I saw, dean and his team were exceptional. We evacuated from Tampa for hurricane Milton. It was myself my daughter, MIL AND VERY pregnant stepdaughter. Dean let us in very early so that we could get settled on arrival to Tallahassee. The street is quiet and comfortable. The house is beautiful and beds are so comfortable. My ten year old had so much fun picking fruit from the tree in the backyard. There was target and lots of food within a mile. Dean was incredible to work with and as helpful as can be. I absolutely suggest this house and deans team. Enjoy your stay.

The house was very comfortable in terms of accommodation. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was everything you could need to prepare your meals. The other facilities in the house were also quite sufficient. Only the wifi connection was slow.

The property was exactly what was expected. Dean was very responsive in our communications which wasn’t many because there was nothing wrong with the house. We loved it and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here!

We are a family of 3 and we came to tour FSU with our son. Dean's house was in a perfect location, very close to campus and Tennessee Ave, where there are lots of restaurants. The house was appointed with MCM furniture, new appliances including a great gas stove, newly remodeled bathrooms and hardwoods throughout. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room to lounge in the LR for TV and talk. Dean was quick and friendly in response to my questions. We would be happy to return to stay at Dean's if our son ends up at FSU! Thanks Dean!

Dean was great, quick to respond, photos on website matched home description inside. Home was clean, no issues. Clear instructions with amenities and check in/out. Dean was extremely helpful and consistent with checking in with us to ensure everything was going well with our stay. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Dean’s place was amazing! We came to town for a football game and it was exactly what we needed. The house decor is super cute and everything was very clean. It was also equipped with all that we needed. I’ve stayed in lots of Air BnB’s and am a host myself, and I could tell that this house was done right. Dean was a great host and always very responsive. If we’re ever back in town, we would definitely stay here again!
